Bella Italia!

Back in May of 2012, I travelled to my home town of Rome (and visited Umbria which is where my parents have a home). I was there for 2 week, visiting family and friends. It had been 9 years since I was there last. You can only imagine the tears of joy flowing from my eyes when I landed and began to hear Italian being spoken all around me.

As this 2012 year coms to an end, I feel that collages of highlights of travels and shoots we've had the pleasure of taking part of, must be posted... so many memories to share with you!

Quaint, lovely, beautiful Portland backyard wedding.

Jennifer and Tim. They are beautiful people, in love with one another, and surrounded by a great many family members and close friends. They married in September in Jennifer's parent's backyard in NE Portland. The decor was intended to resemble a beautiful Italian countryside,patio, with family style dining, hanging party lights and delicious wine. We loved being there for them and getting to know their families, was one of the highlights of our season. A country wedding of the beautiful Cindra and Justin!

We love Cindra & Justin! I had photographed Cindra many times before and when she told me that she was going to get married, I was SO EXCITED! We were there for them, seeing them transform from the loving couple that they are, to the beautiful bride and groom that they turned out to be. Not only that, I photographed Cindra's outdoor boudoir session a few weeks ago and it was glorious! Justing reeeeally loved the images ;) What I am trying to say is this... WE LOVE WHAT WE DO and WE LOVE SEEING OUR COUPLES WED! ;) Here are a handful of images from their wedding day this past Friday August 10th 2012.
