Welcome to another MoscaPhoto-style, extreme, engagement session sneak peek. ;)

We LOVE our job. Its not a job at all, actually. It's a passion that we happen to do for a living. We get to meet incredible people with amazing stories. Amy and Ryan are two such people. We are HONORED to have had the clearance and opportunity to visit Ft Lewis Army Base near Olympia Washington. The hangar and the Black Hawk made available to us for part 1 of the photo shoot, was amazing to see and "play" in and around. WOW.

Part 2 was more of the "her" part of things ;) Amy is a lover of whimsical places, fables and fantasy. As is Ryan, of course! But this part 2 was ALL Amy! The location was a natural preserve south east of Olympia WAshington called Mima Mounds. It is an incredible place, with unique geological features and the most perfect light for photography. What a cool place! One Josh and I would have never gone to see if it weren't for Amy's suggestion! Amy says that this place is so far from centers of light pollution, that any astronomical event is super bright and clear when viewed from here. Next major eclipse or meteor shower... you know where we'll be!! :)

Thank you Amy & Ryan for making Saturday a fun and unique and absolutely unforgettable day! We will cherish these experiences and these memories for ever!

Grace + Neal: balloons, picture frames, Portland bridges and lots of LOVE!

Once again, Josh and I feel that we are the luckiest wedding photographers in the world! Just look at how fun and happy and goofy and in love and willing to play, our couple Grace & Neal is... LOVE them!

Grace loves bridges. Living in Portland (ie: Bridge City) was fortuitous for their shoot, since BOY do we have some gorgeous and accessible bridges to play around for photos! Plus, this day was gorgeous! Sunny and bright and perfect for their personalities.

Here are a handful of the hundreds of photos we took of them, yesterday. With all of the fun props they brought along, we couldn't stop shooting! It was difficult to choose the ones to summarize the whole session, but here they are! :)

Grace and Neal will marry [soon!] on April 30th 2011.
The wedding's location is in Gearhart, OR on the beach and then at McMenamin's Sandtrap.
Grace was a bridesmaid for Katie (& Mark), who we photographed back in September 2010.
Katie is the little sister of Matthew (& Kristina), who we photographed in May of 2009.

We love the relationships we gain from one wedding day to the next... seeing old couples at new weddings and continuing to expand our MoscaPhoto Family is what we live for. We can't wait for your wedding G+N!! And to see you again too, Katie!! [She will be Grace's bridesmaid ;)]

Wedding Show! Greater Vancouver Bridal Show 2011.

We've been super busy! --- What's new, right?? hehe :) --- This past Saturday February 5th, Josh and I exhibited at the annual Greater Vancouver Bridal Show. The show was packed with new couples and their families... as well as so many wonderful vendors! Our booth was located right next to our colleagues and friends of Luxe Event Productions, who organized the show to perfection.

Here and there, whenever we had a little time to step away from our table, we walked around to the other vendors and took some photos of the awesomeness. The cake showcase by Simply Sweets by Jenn was amazing! So many details and inspirations for the couples to see... All in all, a GREAT show!

The calligraphy (Lori Raines Calligraphy Studio) was beautiful! So elegant and clear to read and a beautiful hand-made-touch to any wedding announcement and place card... gorgeous! 

Take a look at these GORGEOUS cakes! The showcase was amazing, and so fun to photograph in detail! All cakes are by the talented Simply Sweets by Jenn. 

Luxe Event Productions' booth was full of beautiful inspirational material. Misty and her team are so creative and always eager to make a bride's wedding dreams come true, no matter what the decor and the theme. Luxe is top wedding (and event) coordinator in our book! Luxe Event Productions's Misty & Greg Damico and the lovely Alisha and Ashley, at their booth.

Divine Bites was also there to  help make all of our months water. :) Yummy cupcakes and personalized cookies!

Last but not least... MoscaPhoto's humble booth! :) We had SO much to show! Those hanging prints are all beautifully printed 11x14s (which thanks to our partners at Pictage, ALWAYS come out perfectly!). The iMac had a 200 image slide show of our most favorite photographs from 2009 and 2010. And laid out on the table itself were our beautiful books, from Finao, Willowbook, Pictage and more! YAY :)
