Mt Hood Organic Farms, small and intimate wedding of Kirsten and CJ

35 people. This was a cozy little wedding and it was lovely! We had the entire venue to ourselves, it was so fun to be able to explore the grounds of the fabulous Mt Hood Organic Farms with just a handful of guests. The day was gorgeous too, sunny and warm. There were fires in the gorge at that time, so Mt Hood ended up being obfuscated all day long, but the sunset was beautiful nonetheless. Ginger and her catering team, set up a lovely long family style table in the Apple House, too. Such a photogenic place and wedding! Loved it!

What a gorgeous day!
It started off with ominous clouds, threatening rain. 
It never did rain, though; not only that, the sunshine came and glorious Mt Hood showed itself in all its glory!


You may remember Rebecca & David from an earlier blog post showing off their engagement photos from Hoyt Arboretum, right here in Portland. That day, they started off shy and not sure about how to be in front of the camera. The shoot evolved into the two of them hamming it up!

Thanks to their experience with us and cameras during their engagement session, their wedding photography was smooth and comfortable and they even told us they were having fun being the center of attention!

We are so happy to have been chosen to be a part of their wedding day. Not only did we get the opportunity to return to one of our favorite wedding sites of all time (Mt Hood Organic Farms, run by the always lovely Brady), we also got the chance to witness two love birds uniting in marriage, witnessed by their fun and kind group of family members and friends.
